Tide Times
When you arrive you will find a sheet of paper with times of the tides during your stay.
All the beaches are sandy at low tide with miles of sand.
The two beaches at Bude, Summerleaze and Crooklets and the beach at Widemouth Bay are sandy even at high tide.

At certain times of the year when tides are at their lowest it is possible to walk from Sandymouth to Bude on sand. It's about two miles. The walk back along the South West Coast path offers magnificent views out to sea, the beaches below and inland over the farms.
